Our soup is undoubtedly a highlight of our yong tau foo. It has a unique and robust flavour which is achieved only by brewing with a mix of pork bones, anchovy, soy beans, vegetables, and an additional secret ingredient.
CRISPY FRIED ITEM
Instead of being blanched, the fried items are separated from the boiled items and given another go in the deep fryer so that they are crispy when eaten.
